The heart behind the camera

A woman with curly light brown hair, wearing earrings and a nose piercing, is smiling and holding a black DSLR camera with a large lens. She is dressed in a floral patterned blazer and light-colored pants, standing against a plain white wall.

I’ve always been drawn to the quiet, in-between moments — the ones where you’re not trying, just being.

As someone who moves through the world gently, I understand how much it matters to feel safe, to let your guard down, and to be seen without pressure. That’s the space I hold in my sessions — where you can relax, play, and simply be yourself.

I was first drawn to photography through its artistry — capturing nature in its most honest, unfiltered state. That same love carries into the way I photograph people. I notice emotion, movement, and the subtle shifts — the moments where you soften, where connection shows, where something real comes through.

The moments I love most are the ones where you forget I’m there. When everything feels easy, and you can feel the warmth, the safety, the love in the space around you. Because at the end of the day, this isn’t about me — it’s about you.

Outside of this work, I find myself drawn to quieter forms of creating — writing, shaping things by hand, and spending time in conversation with God. I love doing life alongside my soulmate, in all the small, meaningful moments, and I’m always learning how to love more deeply… and to receive that love in return.

That way of seeing naturally weaves itself into everything I create.

This isn’t just about photos —
it’s about holding onto a feeling you can return to.
